I’ve always admired Phoebe’s free-spirited style on Friends. She was the ditzy 
one, who was always aloof from the rest of the group, yet at times had some pretty insightful things to say. When I watch reruns I see that she really captured the essence of 90’s fashion, with her bohemian skirts, costume jewelry, and grunge footwear.
So for the sake of reminiscing, I put together a college of outfits and clothes inspired by (Lisa Kudrow’s character) Phoebe Buffay…
